Historic Background
Connaught Properties was established in the 90's by George E Palmer. Since it's inception Connaught has pushed hard to upgrade both the environment and the buildings that house the thousands of tenants.
Connaught has been instrumental in establishing the Ekhaya Neighbourhood programme, reclaiming the safety and cleanliness of the Hillbrow streets.
Connaught has built a brand and a name in Hillbrow that is synonymous with 'Home'.
Serviced and secure
The Connaught portfolio has 24/7 security, for everyone's protection. All the buildings have CCTV surveillance which feeds throughout to a security control room from where gaurds are dispatched for any issues.
Access to each building is by biometric readers, securing the buildings for the residents only.
The building managers are at the service of all tenants, looking after any maintenance or security issues and taking good care of their buildings and tenants alike.
